PROFILE

Indonesia is an archipelago state located between the Indian and Pacific Oceans. With its geographical location, a large population makes the sea their livelihood. Bali, one of the islands in Indonesia, is an economically developing island due to its breathtaking beaches and oceans, along with their abundant marine products.

We, PT Mitra Lautan Indonesia, work together with fishermen in an effort to improve the Indonesian economy through the export of mariculture and marine products worldwide.

Since 2024, we have started a mariculture business that has helped fishermen sell their catch to us to farm until a sufficient amount is harvested for our next export.

Our journey began with lobsters and grouper fish farming. As time goes on, we will expand our operations to include other marine species, such as crabs.

The farming process begins with sourcing high-quality seeds from the fishermen which we then sort based on species and weight. Then, we carried out the quarantine process to adjust the seed to the appropriate weight. Once acclimated, the seeds are transferred into the sea cages to be cultured until they are harvested to the order amount.

Throughout the farming period, we maintained the hygiene standards of our quarantine pools and sea cages. We provide premium feed to ensure the highest quality and freshness of our marine products. Along with the seeds, the feeds are also sourced from the fishermen in alignment with our commitment to local economic development.

Our mariculture site, located in the pristine waters of Sumberkima Village, Buleleng, Bali, is home to 144 sea cages, ensuring ample capacity for high-quality seafood cultivation.
